Mississippi River Trail, Inc. will join with managers of historic sites, museums, and related organizations to develop itineraries for bicyclists interested in exploring the heritage and culture of the Mississippi Delta. Patrick Nunnally, Executive Director of Mississippi River Trail, Inc., announced a new “Heritage By Bike” initiative, to commence in Arkansas and neighboring states during 2005. Heritage By Bike will commence with a pair of workshops designed to establish strategic goals and a framework for mutual collaboration.
